Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States. Any optional expedited method or destination-specific charge is displayed before payment.
Delivery estimates
The estimate shown on each product page is the best guide for that item. Current products may have different delivery windows, including approximately 8–12 or 9–13 calendar days. Estimates begin after order confirmation and can change because of processing, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, customs, or destination conditions.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout after a shipment is dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to show the carrier's first scan.
Separate packages
Items in the same order may be fulfilled separately and arrive on different dates. When that happens, each shipment may receive its own tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please review the delivery address before placing the order. Contact support@arionperformance.com immediately if it is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delays or missing delivery
If tracking stops updating or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact the carrier first. ARION Support will then help review the shipment using your order number and tracking information.
International charges
For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
