How do I choose the right product?
Start with your main activity and how often you train. Our Training, Running, Hydration and Gear collections make it easier to compare essentials for each routine.
Is shipping free in the United States?
Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free for U.S. orders. Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days and appears again during checkout.
How can I track my order?
We send order confirmation and tracking updates to the email used at checkout. Tracking becomes available as soon as the fulfillment partner dispatches the package.
Can I return an item?
Contact ARION support as soon as possible after delivery. Unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return under the current return policy.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Checkout and payment processing are protected by Wix and the connected payment provider. ARION does not store your complete card details.
Can products arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Products may be fulfilled by different approved suppliers, so items from the same order can occasionally arrive separately. Tracking is provided for each shipment.
