Information we collect
When you browse or place an order, we may collect contact information, delivery and billing details, order history, customer-support messages, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and interaction data such as pages viewed or items added to your cart.
How we use information
We use this information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain site security, improve the store, measure performance, request product feedback, and send marketing messages when you have chosen to receive them.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment providers available through our Wix checkout. ARION does not store your complete card number. Payment providers process payment data under their own privacy and security terms.
Service providers
We share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the store, including Wix, payment processors, fulfillment and delivery partners, analytics providers, customer-support tools, and our review platform. These providers may process information in countries different from yours.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies keep the cart working, remember preferences, protect transactions, and help us understand site usage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some store functions may then stop working correctly.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and any information we must retain for legitimate legal or transactional reasons. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the option included in those messages.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
